I continue to be in an advisory role in the nursing school in Choluteca. I am coordinating the scholarship program to help children and youth continue to study. Each year more and more students in our scholarship program are graduating. This is due to the scholarship program providing for their basic needs to be in school, and also the 4-H program which mentors the students, providing a Biblical worldview in the Bible lessons and programs.

Proverbs 9:9 says, " Instruct the wise, and they will be wiser still; teach the righteous, and they will add to their learning." I continue to follow my passion for learning and encouraging others to gain knowledge. I am currently doing research for a book about the impact of the ministry in Choluteca.
